All orders are custom manufactured to the customer’s approved specifications. Once manufacturing has started, the customer is responsible for paying the full order amount, including all applicable shipping charges and taxes, and no cancellation or refund will be permitted. If no work has been carried out by Custom Boxes Canada, a refund may be considered at our discretion; however, any approved refund will be subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 38% of the total order value per job.
Custom Boxes Canada operates through a global network of manufacturing facilities and distribution warehouses to ensure efficient production and timely delivery. Depending on the specifications, quantity, production schedule, stock availability, and urgency of your order, your products may be manufactured and/or shipped from any of our facilities or partner warehouses, including but not limited to locations in New York, Lahore, Sydney, Ontario, or London.
The manufacturing and shipping location is determined solely at the discretion of Custom Boxes Canada to provide the most efficient service and is subject to operational requirements.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT/GST, or other government-imposed charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
If customs duties or import charges are payable upon delivery, customers are required to settle these amounts directly with the shipping carrier or customs authority. Failure to do so may result in shipment delays, storage charges, return of the goods, or disposal of the shipment. Custom Boxes Canada shall not be held responsible for any additional costs, delays, or losses arising from unpaid customs or import-related charges.
